there’s not a whole lot to be done with stock footage. what you can do is personalize it, or make it interesting. with some effort, you can make really fun titles and credit clips with a few clicks.

koji is easy to set up and configure. we included a number of features like timers and key frames that will save you time and effort. simply import all of your footage, select some favorites, and it’s ready to go.
customize your editing
koji has pre-set profiles for common video formats, but you can always customize your own. you can load custom profiles from your hard drive, dropbox, onedrive, or even the internet.
koji dna sequencing reveals monoclonal lineages.
to test whether the lines were likely to be monoclonal, short tandem repeat (str) markers flanking the hpv16 region were determined from dna isolated from an organoid: dysf (1 allele) and d1s80 (1 allele). sequences corresponding to dysf and d1s80 were then compared to those in the human reference genome. if the strs were absent from the donor, we would expect identical sequence to the genome; a shorter str sequence would indicate a donor with a higher likelihood of having the str.
expected results: tumor-derived: d1s80, dysf-7, dysf-8, d1s80-3. non-tumor-derived: dysf-9, dysf-5, dysf-12, d1s80-5, d1s80-6.
duration and quality of monoclonal lineages generated from epithelial cells.
organoids can be generated from primary tissue. in our experience, cells from the luminal compartment are more likely to generate monoclonal lineages. to determine when lineages become fixed, we performed str-pcr analysis of organoids derived from matched organoid cultures at weeks 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20.
expected results: organoids generated at weeks 1 and 2 (primary lineages) will have a single str pattern, not an admixture of genomes; this pattern will change over time to the str patterns of the donor’s cells. by week 4, subsequent lineages will also exhibit this pattern, but additional lineages will also be initiated from donor cells. we established stable lines from primary organoids by culturing the cells for 8–۱۴ weeks. the lines contained a single str pattern. these lines continue to grow, and str analysis has shown that a single str pattern remains, indicating that a single lineage exists. it is likely that the str pattern is stable for only 1–۲ additional cell divisions.
